Title theft is spreading but awareness is growing. Agencies, companies and homeowners are pushing for legislation and policies to put preventative measures and protections in place. Our hope is that in the next few years, solutions to this problem will make our services obsolete.

But for now, our approach is pretty simple. With your permission, we will let anyone interested in making changes to your homes title know that they will need to contact us first. If anyone reaches out to us, we will immediately notify you. What happens next is up to you.

Five Year Service Plan

$249

For five years we will be the gatekeeper for your homes title. Changes to your title will need to go through us. Price includes service and up to $100 in initial filing fees. In some instances, actual filing fees may be higher. We promise to only bill you for the difference.

  • $49 non-refundable Service Set Up Fee

  • Service Fee for 5 year service term

  • Up to $100 in filing fees

  • Additional fees may apply for filing fees in excess of $100 or for applicable tax

Plus current filing fees at the time of cancellation. Again, we promise to only bill you for actual filing fees.

Service will automatically expire after five years, with an option to renew. However, you can opt to conclude service at any time. If you plan to sell your home or make any other changes that may effect title, please try to remember to reach out to us in advance.
