Like you, we were highly concerned about title theft. But did not want a subscription service. We wanted a simple and affordable way to mitigate the chance of someone unknowingly gaining access to our title. Our approach is simple. If anyone wants to make changes to your title, they will need to contact us first. As your title gatekeeper, we will immediately inform you and let you decide what happens next.

No, this is not title lock insurance or title insurance. And we don’t “monitor” your title or guarantee that someone isn’t going to find a way around these obstacles or ours. However, there are companies out there that offer these services. And for some, they may be a better fit. We are only offering and affordable short term option until solid consumer protections are put into action.

Hopefully, within the next few years, there will no longer be a need for our services.
